We would be happy to visit the apartment you are planning to buy with you, or you can send us a link to a real estate agency where we can view it. We will suggest how it could look after renovation, or whether a change in layout is possible.

RECONSTRUCTION COST ESTIMATION

After inspecting the apartment, we will prepare a budget for the renovation, so you know how much you will have to invest before buying the apartment.

COMPLETE RECONSTRUCTION

We cover the complete reconstruction for you, you don't have to look for and coordinate individual professions. We will provide an electrician, bricklayer, plumber, floor installer or carpenter, you can leave the worries to us.

TURNKEY INTERIOR

We will also be happy to prepare a turnkey interior design and delivery for you, including built-in furniture, kitchen units, and lighting.
